Job Details

Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business. Responsibilities Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations. Ensure each guest experience meets company and client service standards. Courteously assist customers. Issue tickets to arriving guests. Directing traffic as necessary. Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager. If business needs deem necessary, it will be required for Ambassadors to cover Valet, Garage Attendant, or Cashier duties on a short-term temporary basis or in the event of call offs/voluntary early outs while on a scheduled shif...Attendant, Hospital, University, Client Relations, Transportation
