Roles & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

As the first face seen when walking into our office, must be hardworking, highly organized, work well in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Front Desk Receptionist must have a friendly personality, positive attitude, and be customer service focused. The Front Desk Receptionist interacts daily with clients, answers and directs calls with a multi-line telephone, monitor front desk e-mails, organize the common areas and other specific responsibilities outlined in the section below. This job is an entry-level position with room for growth.

* Welcome visitors by warmly greeting them on the phone

* Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls

* Take and relay messages; check voicemails

* Process all incoming faxes

* Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

* Work closely with Logistics department to fulfill delivery of incoming/outgoing mail

* Assisting marketing team by printing and organizing flyers for our weekly education classes

* As our director of first impressions, our receptionist will interact daily with clients and staff

* Cross train in our Logistics/mailroom department

Education & Experience

* High School Diploma is required

* Requires a minimum of 1 year of directly job-related experience

Skills & Qualifications

* Professional personal appearance

* Experience with Salesforce platform or comparable CRM preferred

* Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize

* Must be able to work well in a team environment

* Willingness to grow and accept new challenges

* Excellent customer service

* Must be adaptable

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
