Job Details
GENERAL DUTIES
- Ensure the customer orders are properly filled out and completed.
- Handles time sensitive and confidential documentation.
- Issue and control keys used by employees.
- Distribute pin orders to hand pinners and/or Maromatic operators.
- Verify and complete paperwork for key destruction.
- Communicate with quality control on orders scheduled to ship for the day/ week.
- Organize and prioritize the work order schedule to ensure the orders are shipped on time.
QUALIFICATIONS - Attention to detail.
- Organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to carry out assignments to completion.
- Computer literacy.
- Data Entry.
- MAS 500
PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Work involves walking, talking, hearing, and using material handling equipment.
- Vision abilities requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth
- Required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. continually.
- May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.
