Position is responsible for the daily inventory management of all tools, parts and materials pertaining to the install, repair and construction activities within the region. Duties include inventory control, shipping, handling, receiving, and delivery of materials, as well as inventory database management for the region.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:

* Manages shipping, receiving and stocking of all inventory materials needed for the ongoing operation of company.

* Supervises warehouse supervisor and technician(s) including training, development, coaching, discipline and performance reviews

* Manages and controls budget expenses

* Oversees converter room activities, if applicable, by location

* Maintains accurate records and database of inventory materials received, warehoused and dispersed.

* Completes purchase orders with approved vendors for required materials.

* Projects advance inventory requirements in conjunction with technical operations manager.

* Maintains sufficient inventory levels to meet demand while maintaining efficient inventory levels and highest possible inventory turns.

* Disperses equipment to field technicians and maintains employee receipt records.

* Responsible for planning, forecasting, training and operational efficiency with regards to employee utilization, logistical processes and employee administrative functions

* Delivers materials to satellite operations centers.

* Maintains open and professional communication with all staff, including management, independent contractors, technical staff and office personnel.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

* This position is responsible for the supervision of warehouse supervisor and technician(s).

**Education/Experience** :

High School diploma or GED. Five to seven years warehouse or broadband industry experience with a minimum of 3 yea supervisory experience.

**Computer Skills** :

MSOffice software, Quickbooks Internet and E-mail; database and inventory software as required.

The employee generally works in warehouse and indoor office environments but occasionally works outdoors, in all types of weather and on uneven terrain.
