Chapman Chrysler Jeep is seeking an experienced, Stellantis certified Automotive Technician to provide our customers quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will be well versed in complex vehicle diagnostics and repairs, contributing to our high-volume shop. This role collaborates with other technicians, Service Advisors and Parts Associates, and reports to the Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities:- Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
- Communicate additional repairs needed to the Service Advisor, using dealership software to provide labor, time and parts estimates for repair services
- Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and per dealership processes
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and provide necessary documentation
- Perform quality control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
Desired Qualifications and Experience: - 2+ years of automotive technician experience required
- Stellantis certification required; ASE certifications are a plus
- Excellent diagnostic and repair skills are required
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical with strong problem solving abilities
- Must be team oriented, working well with others
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Hours and Work EnvironmentMust be available to work Monday - Friday and every third Saturday. Early and late shifts are available. The Service Department is open 7am to 6pm on weekdays and 7am - 5pm on Saturdays. Our technicians enjoy a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled shop.
