Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects/programs within the retail/e-commerce domain.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects and run sprints effectively.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project quality.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
