Front desk volunteers are needed to help with greeting guests, answering phone calls and basic clerical work. **Currently, we are looking for long term help Mondays through Thursdays from 8am to 12pm and 12pm to 4pm, and Fridays from 8am to 12pm.** Front desk volunteers will be required to complete a background check, through FeedMore WNY, after signing up and will be able to start after the background check has been completed and passed. The health and safety of our volunteers are top priorities. FeedMore WNY is providing hand sanitizer, gloves and practicing social distancing! We kindly ask volunteers to come with their own masks, as we have limited masks available.
To further ensure that we are keeping all of our volunteers safe we are asking anyone who is feeling sick to stay home, and ask that before all scheduled shifts the following three questions be answered:

The Food Bank of WNY and Meals on Wheels for WNY have joined forces to become FeedMore WNY. The goal of FeedMore WNY lies in its name: to feed more Western New Yorkers of all ages for whom securing nutritious food is a challenge.

* FeedMore WNY is looking for long term volunteer help. Ideally, volunteers will be able to assist on a weekly basis during one of our four hour shifts. Mondays through Thursdays from 8am - 12pm, 12pm - 4pm, or Fridays from 8am - 12pm.
