  • Enter and update patient information and medical records into electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Cerner, Meditech, or EPIC.

  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data from various sources.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff.

  • Perform data quality checks and audits.

  • Assist in report generation and data analysis.

  • Organize and manage paper and electronic files.

  • Provide general administrative support.
