Our call center staff take incoming phone calls from our members to assist them in answering questions about their accounts, as well as open new accounts, assisting them with account maintenance transactions and provide guidance to members in regard to products and services that help them achieve their financial goals. May periodically refer them to other departments as needed. Qualifications include strong communication, sales and service skills.
