Job Details
Receive all items at stockroom purchased by the division. Visually inspect, check for accuracy, apply safety labels, and disburse as necessary. Label all items in direct purchase area and keep area neat and orderly. Enter receipt of all items into computer system. Disburse items from stockroom as requested. Record disbursements on material slips. Assign stock numbers to slips and enter into computer system after appropriate approval. Conduct weekly and monthly cycle checks of regular inventory. Log incoming Federal Express and UPS shipments. Call and or email staff that their packages are here. Wrap and mail miscellaneous packages for work orders as necessary, charge time to jobs. Control tool and equipment sign out. Maintain stockroom keeping it clean and orderly. Maintain direct purchase area making sure packages are delivered to appropriate personnel.
