Job Duties
- Separate, clean and repack damaged product into appropriate sellable packages.
- Segregate unsellable product for disposal.
- Replace repacked product into inventory, rotating as necessary.
- Move dump beer to dump beer area.
- Maintain the highest sanitation standards in repack area.
Education and Experience - Previous warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates an ability to work quickly and efficiently while carefully following policies and procedures
- Demonstrates responsibility and dependability while on the job
- Communicates effectively and respectively with co-workers and supervisors
Physical Demands and Requirements - Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to bend & squat occasionally.
- Ability to lift up to 2lbs repetitively.
- Ability to push/pull up to 5lbs repetitively.
- Accommodations will be made depending on restrictions.
- Safely operate bailer, label machine & can/bottle crusher
- Follow safety rules and keep Repack area neat, clean & orderly
Environmental Conditions - Works in a standard warehouse environment
- Works in refrigerated areas
- Occasional exposure to the elements
About Us The history of Eagle Rock Distributing Company goes all the way back the Prohibition Era with Atlanta Beverage Company selling non-alcoholic beer and Canada Dry Ginger Ale. Eagle Rock Distributing Company was formed in 2000 and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. Compensation, Benefits and Application Window Compensation range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)
