Sales Representative - Train For Management

As a full-time Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be trained in all of our products and services, customer guidelines, and given the opportunity to generate new business accounts through targeted marketing and sales initiatives. Although the position is considered to be entry-level, it is a gateway role to many senior-level roles as you continue to build excellent communications skills and fine-tune business development abilities and interactive customer presentations.

  • Some prior knowledge and experience in customer service account management, sales, business development, or marketing is preferred, but a relentless drive to succeed is essential.
  • Flexibility of schedule and mentality. We are an all hands on deck type of team. We value team members who are always willing to get their hands dirty in order to learn more and help others even while being in an entry-level role.

Entry Level Role Responsibilities:

  • Master the product knowledge and communicate the benefits to a broad range of customers
  • Establish strong relationships with local homeowners as the active voice of our brand and first point of contact
  • Close sales and facilitate the enrollment process with ease, transparency and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, evaluate market trends, and assist in the development of a sales pipeline in an assigned territory
  • Cross-train in advanced customer relations, business development, and marketing techniques
  • Creatively solve problems, navigate roadblocks, and communicate effectively to senior management
