Nurse Supervisor - RN - Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Registered Nurse - RN Nurse Supervisor - 7p to 7:30a Shift plus Every Other Weekend.
Registered Nurse - RN Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse - RN.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Long-Term Care and nurse supervision.
- Must be able to read, write, speak English language.
Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor Job Summary:- Supervise the total nursing activities on the unit during your tour of duty.
- Supervise and evaluate all direct Resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
- Conduct Resident rounds, reporting problems and initiating corrective action.
- Administer and document medication and treatments per physician's order and accurately record all care provided.
- Assist in developing an accurate comprehensive care plan based on each Resident's comprehensive assessment.
- Report changes in Resident's condition and take follow-up action as necessary.
- Participate in discharge planning, development & implementation of resident care plans, resident assessments, etc.
- Assist in evaluating and assessing medical, social, psychological, and spiritual care plans.
- Evaluate and develop restorative nursing plans of care for residents to maintain highest level of function.
