The General Manager will play a key role in achieving our client's company's strategic objectives and annual goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support reflective of our client's mission. This position offers the opportunity to lead operational teams, foster a culture of care, and drive profitability across multiple service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a culture of care within the organization.
- Ensure positive customer experiences.
- Take ownership of profit and loss activities.
- Coordinate communication between field and technical service teams.
- Oversee initiatives to align employee engagement with company goals.
- Provide daily leadership to operational teams.
- Communicate company goals and performance metrics to department heads.
- Assist in setting branch goals aligned with company vision and mission.
- Develop budgets for sales, costs, and profitability.
- Hold accountability for team performance and progress towards company goals.
- Enhance the company's reputation through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish and nurture business networks to further company objectives.
- Manage performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach team members.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Eight or more years of leadership experience in multi-service business settings.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and develop leadership skills in others.
- Collaborative and customer-service oriented work style.
- Willingness to lead effectively towards positive outcomes.
