What you will bring to Collective:

Education and Experience
  • 1-2 years of property management experience, preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Driver's license & ability to pass a background check
  • Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)
  • Ability to complete and pass your Property Management License in Montana in the first 3 months of hire date.
