Charco Design & Build is seeking an applicant who has experience as a Residential Construction Superintendent. This person must be a multi-tasker that can handle several different projects at once in a fast-paced environment. The Consturction Superintendent position will include duties that include but are not liminted to obtaining and negotiating bids, scheduling subcontractors and maintaining each project's budget and client meetings. The right person for this position will have experience in the field.
This will be a full time job, 7:00am to 4:30pm with a possibility of working on Saturdays if needed. You will be asked to drive to various job sites to meet with superintendants and subcontractors. Comprehensive compensation package includes vacation and health insurance after a 90 day period.
