Job Description Job Description We are looking for a motivated Trucking Dispatcher who will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of our fleet of trucks. In this position, you will work closely with drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of goods. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, monitor driver performance, and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.Trucking Dispatcher duties and responsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule the delivery of goods and materials to customersMonitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveryCommunicate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to complete their routesPlan and optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costsResolve any issues or delays that may arise during shipmentsMaintain accurate records of shipments and deliveriesEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesProvide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions related to shipmentsManage and oversee a team of drivers and logistics personnelContinuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and productivityTrucking Dispatcher requirements and benefitsExperience required.Salary based on experienceMedical Benefits, paid vacation, and 401k
