Join a wonderful company that serves consumers with great tasting cookies, crackers and biscuits! Available Shifts: 2nd: 2pm-11pm Monday - Saturday, Sundays as needed Pay Rate: $20.50 /hr. Pay Details - wage increase at 7 months and 13 months Work environment: Bright, clean, climate-controlled environment with a new breakroom and cafeteria. Job Description: The team lead will need to work well on a team, provide leadership and motivate others in a fast-paced environment, while also being knowledgeable in regard to SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards, as well as general food safety and quality guidelines. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise staff up to 50 employees to efficiently package cookies, goldfish within company provided guidelines and timelines.
• Provide training and motivation to ensure production goals are met on a daily basis.
• Subordinate to the shift supervisor and perform other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, motivation, and training skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining accuracy and organization
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills
• Neat and legible handwriting
• Comply with SQF, GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines
• Oversee and guide up to 50 employees
• Participate in company meetings as needed
• Ability to plan, organize, and effectively manage people
• Preferred computer skills- Excel/ Word/ SAP
• Dependability with a strong work ethic
