Role Summary

We would love you to join us at Experian to help drive products that are focused on consumer credit data, the reporting and processing of credit data, and the regulatory environments that govern credit data. This senior product management role is designed to manage, drive and grow the efforts of our Acquisitions products. The candidate will be responsible for envisioning and executing product strategy, product development, innovation and go to market plans/campaigns. As the ideal candidate, you ll need to be extremely well-organized and have a strong drive for results. You will quickly learn the details, and be able to present client use cases, business standards, and product features across the product suite. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and be a world-class problem solver, working across functional units to ensure client satisfaction. You are accountable for the financial results for your product family and can quickly analyze financial performance and describe business drivers and opportunities. You should be excited to partner with a broad array of internal stakeholders including other members of our world-class Development, Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • At least five years of experience in Product Management for business-to-business or direct-to-consumer products

  • Strong communication skills and be able to interface with business, analytics, operations, systems and marketing personnel

  • 10 years experience in Financial Services industry and credit experience is preferred

  • Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing framework and/or Agile product development experience preferred

  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to interface with business, analytics, operations, systems and marketing personnel

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the end-to-end process: ideation, concept design, launch, and commercialization

  • Developing product enhancements, new products, and go-to-market activities by working with various cross-functional Experian business units, product management teams, and external partners to coordinate the development and operational activities within established timeframes

  • Applying business metrics to prioritize and support our sales team to identify target accounts and markets, driving adoption within specific sales verticals

  • Driving the strategic and tactical implementation of product roadmaps and marketing plans to build sales pipelines

  • Manage the revenue, growth and metrics of your set of credit based products and track to fiscal year goals

  • Managing third-party relationships that support product functionality

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor s degree required, Master s degree preferred
