Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Plant Clerk to join our team based out of our Milton, PA location!

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
The Plant Clerk provides general administrative support to our plant operation and personnel. The primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide administrative support for the Milton operation
- Compiling and reporting production statistics
- Tracking equipment utilization, production costs, and man hours
- Processing vendor invoices and purchase orders on a daily basis
- Purchasing of parts and safety supplies
- Maintaining equipment down time reports
- Processing and maintaining payroll
- Liaise with the public regarding general inquiries
- Provide operational support for the scale house
- Support with the truck ticketing process
- Perform related job duties as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Solid organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and flexibility to adapt to changing business situations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
- This position requires someone who can sit for a long period of time, stand, and lift boxes occasionally
- Experience with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Engineering & Construction Management System is a plus
