We are a high growth consumers goods company in an exciting industry. We are accepting applications for a full-time Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral member of the Riviera Creek marketing department, functioning as a conduit between marketing and sales and supporting company objectives and strategies. Tasks may include research, scheduling, content development, customer service communications, dispensary menu management, and supporting the execution of sales and marketing events as a brand ambassador.

Major job functions include:

  • Participates in development of strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Crafts clear and accurate product marketing copy.
  • Sets up tracking systems for marketing projects.
  • Conducts research to analyze competitive landscape (including competitor packaging and promotions), market trends, and patient buying behavior and prepares reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintains an inventory and directory of sales support materials and packaging inserts, making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
  • Manages updates to company website, email campaigns and social media channels. (Maybe)
  • Responds to customer service and loyalty inquiries received through the company website, proactively seeking direction from appropriate team members when needed.
  • Organizes and attends select promotional activities for new products and to promote general brand awareness, e.g. dispensary staff training, tours of the facility, and patient education days.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Maintains and promotes a positive image of the brand.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or relevant field preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least three years prior experience in Marketing, Sales, or Communications
  • Superior emotional intelligence and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features, including Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and Canva or other similar simple design programs, with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful.
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Being familiar with project management software is also an asset.

  • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people.
  • Desire to constantly learn and develop new skills.
  • Good at troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Attention to detail and proof-reading ability.
  • Valid Driver License and must be able to pass MVR check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail and/or consumer goods marketing and sales analytics.
