Transportation Clerk Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Reports to: DC Supervisor Location: Gastonia (Climate Control Facility) The Transportation Clerk is responsible for managing/monitoring transportation business processes (i.e. procurement, Freight Bill Audit & Payment, Shipment Planning & Execution) to ensure that solutions are meeting customer requirements. This position will handle repeatable analysis and tasks driving continuous cost and service improvement by recommending and implementing stated improvements. Position will require both customer and carrier interfacing. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
