Hanson Bridgett's Health Care Section has an opening for a transactional regulatory associate. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of transactional experience, preferably with a health law background or direct health care or senior care experience. However, exceptional candidates with a general business background will be considered so long as they demonstrate a strong desire to work with hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, continuing care retirement communities, home and community-based services such as hospice and home health agencies, and other health/senior care industry providers on a wide range of business, license, regulatory, and operational issues.


Ideal candidates will also have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required. We seek intelligent, entrepreneurial, team players who are practical, problem solvers, ambitious, organized and detail oriented and are looking towards partnership with Hanson Bridgett.

This position may be based in any of Hanson Bridgett's five offices with the ability to work in a hybrid manner within California. The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $180,000 and $200,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience and the professional skills required for this role.
