About the Role - Labor & Employment Associate
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts, including terms of employment, non-compete clauses, and confidentiality agreements.
- Advising clients on laws related to discrimination, harassment, and workplace accommodations. This may involve representing clients in cases of discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, etc.
- Advising on matters related to employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Bar Admission
- 2+ Years Experience in Labour and Employment Law
