Front of House (FOH) Team Member
Job Description:
Looking for a versatile team member who is eager to learn and embody the Aloha spirit!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Willingness to learn all aspects of Back of House, Front of House, and customer service.
Daily preparation of menu items.
Ensuring strict adherence to cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Labeling and rotating food items.
Collaborating effectively with both Back of House and Front of House teams.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Physical Demands:
Frequent standing, walking, squatting, bending, and lifting.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and more.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, excluding major holidays.
Morning, evening, and night shifts available.
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Experience:
No prior experience required; we will provide training to motivated individuals.
Additional Skills for Bartender & Service:
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Ability to execute steps of service.
Familiarity with sales tactics and product knowledge, especially in alcohol and craft beer.
Understanding of Table Service etiquette.
Additional Skills for Host/Runner:
Warm and welcoming demeanor.
Efficient scheduling and table seating organization.
Ability to manage guest and staff needs effectively.
Understanding of Table Service etiquette.
Additional Skills for Busser/Assistant:
Entry-level position; no prior experience necessary.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
Basic customer service skills.
