Advantage Resourcing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Claxton, GA, for a reputable cold storage company. Join our team and advance your career with a competitive pay rate starting at $19/hr, depending on your experience.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Maintain and service equipment including conveyors, cranes, refrigeration systems, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
- Execute planned preventative maintenance and repairs safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with Planners and System Operators to schedule repairs with minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of refrigeration systems.
- Utilize maintenance software to report and track all maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance background.
- High School Diploma or GED.
