The Company:

Our client is a clinical research site management organization that has a proven track record of success in clinical research. They have partnership with a vast network of community based physicians and they make it easier for diverse patient populations to participate in clinical trials and by consistently delivering reliable results & quality data. They are fast growing, constantly partnering and acquiring new sites and organizations! They are on track to become one of the largest site networks in the country!


The Role:

You will be responsible for creating Onboarding and Continuous Training Programs for site staff including training hubs that specialize in standardized role-specific training for new and existing employees! This will include designing curriculum, training plans, and tools while collaborating Cross functionally with HR, Operations, Site Directors, and Quality Management Leadership!


  • Design and maintain robust training plans and curriculum for key clinical research roles (e.g., Investigators, clinical research coordinators, recruiters) that include topics and skills required for compliant performance.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Determine resourcing needs to support the training plan and manage the budget
  • Create training materials and tools that align with the training curriculum. Training materials and tools should be geared toward remote learning and engagement.
  • Build and maintain an organized, current library of training materials.
  • Facilitate and/or conduct onboarding and role-specific training, including clinical and documentation skills
  • Determine resourcing needs to support the training plan to include internal staff and external consultants.
  • Determine appropriate metrics, key performance indicators, and a reporting structure that provides an overall dashboard for training quality/effectiveness
  • Attend and provide feedback during demos and meetings related to new technology vendors and products


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Clinical Research at the site level
  • 3+ years of experience managing training and development
  • Experience creating educational material and curriculum from scratch
  • Ability to travel ~1 time per quarter
