Must become an expert with WMS system to actively engage and perform tasks within the WMS system and problem solve.

Assist Employee Experience with proper paperwork as needed.

Required to coordinate scheduling meetings, as appropriate, (ex. safety, 401k, benefits enrollment, workplace conduct, focus groups, townhall, etc.).

Responsible for continuous self-improvement through the knowledge and use of all Company and Division provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other Company provided method. (Must successfully complete quarterly training curriculum, including but not limited to web-based and facilitated training.)

Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Require

Experience:

3 plus years of experience in Operations Management, WMS/VIP, Inventory Management or related management experience and/or training

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 including: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to operate office equipment i.e. pc, calculator, copier, printer and fax.

Other Requirements:

Requires general knowledge of inventory management, Warehouse processes, and employee supervision. Preferred 6S experience.

Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - vest, hair/beard net, ear plugs, slip resistant shoes, and gloves
