Description
To safely produce the required quantity and quality product in a timely and efficient manner, and in accordance with plant and company specifications.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Spray paint a wide variety of equipment while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance, cleaning and simple troubleshooting of spray equipment.
- Operate powered and manual equipment while observing all Company and OSHA safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to operate an industrial sprayer
- Knowledge and ability in mixing paint
QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience for associates outside of the organization.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting well as perform repetitive pushing and pulling in an assembly line setting.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment consistently producing quality product.
- Ability to work from verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Must have the ability to pass a fit test and remain clean shaven to wear the respirator.
- Must wear splash goggles and appropriate gloves while handling paint and solvents.
