This position will be primarily
office-based in our Pendleton, IN headquarters and only local candidates will
be considered. Travel to other company locations is anticipated to be less than
5%.

- Eco-friendly waste removal services for food processors and retailers to address their responsible disposal and related ESG initiatives.
- Direct ship post-manufactured liquid food waste as feed to commercial livestock producers.
- Operates 5 de-packaging and drying plants that convert liquid waste into high quality feed sold to livestock producers. 101 s 5 facilities are in: Pendleton, IN, Archdale, NC, Adairsville, GA, Wilkes-Barre, PA and Phoenix, AZ
- The company owns and operates 50+ semi-tractors and 150+ semi-trailers to provide end-to-end transportation from processor to producer.
- 101 s customers are food processors and retailers such as: Abbott Nutrition, Nestle, Unilever, and various livestock producers.
The company is owned by Palo Alto, CA based Altamont Capital Partners.
Job Summary:
As the Sr. Financial Analyst at 101, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights to drive profitability, margin analysis, customer insights, and much more.
Specific areas of focus will include:
- Fully support all sales personnel in all aspects of finance to include pricing, margin, volume, pro forma generation, billing setup, and monitoring
- Review and approve invoicing to all customers to ensure compliance with contracts
- Support sales in the design of programs to meet customer needs and generate margin for 101
- Drive business growth via profitability by volume and pricing targets
- Understanding and monitoring key business drivers
- Providing financial projections and building ad hoc models
- Performing unique research projects to support company objectives
- Maintain relationships with process owners to improve expense management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- A minimum of 5 years of public accounting, corporate finance, and/or similar experience.
- Experience with PowerBi, Tableau, or a similar program
- Demonstrated ability to present financial information
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skillset including, but not limited to, pivots, vlookups, conditional formatting, & more
Reporting Structure:
This is an individual contributor role which will report directly to our CFO.
