Logistics Operations Specialist
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations: This encompasses stock management, handling of incoming inventory, systematized warehousing, periodic inventory counts, and overseeing warehouse lease agreements.
Execute order processes efficiently. Duties include packing merchandise, coordinating deliveries, and managing any transportation-related complications. This role also includes managing the dispatch and receipt of vital documents, such as checks.
Handle expenses promptly and accurately. Responsibilities include confirming express fees, purchasing and distributing consumables, and submitting reimbursement claims when needed.
Assist with support tasks for other departments within the Sales division.
Qualification:
Fluent in both Chinese and English with the capability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Prior experience in warehousing and logistics is advantageous.
Residency in Oakland or the willingness to relocate there for employment is a must.
Exhibits a pronounced sense of duty and meticulousness in all undertakings.
Prepared to embark on occasional short-duration business trips when necessary.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
