Humana is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional who is highly skilled in Power Platform development with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate and has the ability to be innovative and detail-oriented to lead process automation and documentation within the MarketPoint Business Insights data management team.
The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Involves collaboration with various stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver innovative solutions. Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive process documentation for various activities within the MarketPoint Business Insights data management team. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Develop custom applications using Power Apps
Created automated workflows and processes using Power Automate
Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate those into technical requirements
Implement automated solutions with a focus on user experience, performance, and scalability
Develop detailed process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines
Use various tools and software to create flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual aids to support process documentation
Follows and support data governance best practices within the team and across MarketPoint
Partner with Retail Sales Leaders, operations teams, subject matter experts, training, and IT Teams to develop and deploy continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Cultivate relationships with multiple internal Business and IT partners
Initiate and facilitate meetings to identify, document, and prioritize business technology needs that align with department deliverables and organizational goals
Champion the customer by accurately representing their prioritized needs in the requirements, development, and testing phases of each project
Implement Change Management processes as needed to maintain accurate requirements dependencies and documentation

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in information technology, process management, business administration, communication, or a related field
Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform; Focus on Power Apps and Power Automate
Strong understanding of user experience and design best practices
Proficiency in documentation tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Lucidchart, or similar
Demonstrated experience with business process documentation and automation
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's, MBA or other Advanced Degree
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six-Sigma, Lean)
Experience with Agile development processes and user story writing
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
Experience with data governance principals and best practices
Experience using Power BI, T-SQL, PL-SQL, Toad or Azure to analyze and interpret data
Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
Ideal candidate will live w/in 50 miles of Louisville KY
Live in KY, IN, OH or TN

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,800 - $108,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
