RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
As an Assembler in the Hose Assembly department, you will perform the following tasks:
- Assemble and secure proper fittings to ends of hoses using internal Expansion Machine.
- Coils and attach labels with straps to the hose then visually inspect the product before placing it directly onto the takeaway belt or in cartons.
- Cross train to supply unassembled cartons to finishing tables, operate computerized label printer and perform required quality checks.
- Maintain production records.
- Perform finished goods visual quality inspection.
Skills/Educational Requirements:- Ability to read and write as acquired through a high school education or the equivalent.
- Ability to operate in a self-directed environment and complete tasks on time and thoroughly as assigned.
Essential Physical Requirements:- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, squat, bend, twist and turn as needed to perform the job.
- Must possess good manual and mechanical dexterity to perform job duties. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
Available Shifts and Hours:- 5 pm 11 pm, Monday - Wednesday
- 5 pm 11 pm, Monday - Thursday
- 11pm 5 am, Monday Wednesday
- 11 pm 5 am, Monday Thursday
