Reporting to Environmental Services Operations Manager, coordinates the daily activities and responsibilities of the team in preparing hospital linen to be transported and/or sterilized for hospital use of Linen Services. Performs Linen Par level inspections to ensure customer service quality standards are being achieved and maintained by Linen Services Department. REPRESENTATIVE FUNCTIONS: Coordinates and evaluates the workflow activities of the Linen staff in assigned areas; Conducts documented par level & quality inspections upon Managers request. Interacts positively with internal and external customer by addressing concerns and issues, while tracking calls to minimize trends. Serves as a role model for Linen Services employees by stressing, through example, teamwork, personal enthusiasm, pride in work, a positive customer service minded attitude and efficiency.
