MAINE GENERAL MEDICAL CENTER
PM&R NP or PA (Open to primary care, neurology, occ health, etc. experience)
**MUST HAVE REHAB EXPERIENCE
- ASAP start. 3-month contract. 8-10- week credentialing.
- Monday-Friday, 8-4:30p
- Types of patients/cases: Type of cases: Trigger Point Injections, Botulinum toxin (botox) injections for migraines and spasticity, intrathecal pump management, and Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections for pain management.
- Support staff: 3 physicians, 3 NP's, licensed social worker, RN's & MA's
- EMR: SCM
- Requirements: Rehab experience, Board certification, COVID vax not required- will need to sign declination.
**This is a 1099 contract position.
