Kendal at Hanover is seeking aCustomer Service Representative. Join the professional Facilities team where you are rewarded every day for making a difference in people's lives. As the Facilities Customer Service Representative you will enjoy regular weekday work hours and excellent benefits while helping our team deliver maintenance expertise to our many customers while having "front of house" customer interactions. You will be dispatching our On Call technician, attending to our staffing timekeeping system, interacting with our work order system, and maintaining excellent documentation and records.
Your skills needed are; excellent communication, Microsoft Suite knowledge, Prior office experience in a property management or facilities department desired, but not necessary. Prior customer service experience in an office with competing demands for a person's time is essential.
