**JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY**

Position Objective:

The National Sales Manager, Restoration & Remediation will provide direction for Restoration & Remediation Strategic Account Managers, present to the customer a unified sales effort and increase total sales for Sunbelt Rentals.

Position Responsibilities:

* Lead and promote our safety culture through our sales efforts and the sales team

* Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers

* Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals and by establishing training programs for sales representatives

* Directly manage the team of Strategic Customer Representatives, connecting their activities deliberately and closely with each of our lines of business at all levels (PC, District, Region)

* Create and support our Restoration & Remediation go-to-market strategies (GTMS)

* Hire, train, mentor, coach and lead the team to develop and control sales and service programs

* Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts

* Align the SCRs assigned accounts with appropriate focus on target customers

* Produce platform of highly professional quoting practices and line-of-sight to KPIs with each customer within our SCR managed and our overall Restoration & Remediation business

* Plan and attend national and regional trade shows as necessary

* Review, design and update customer programs as necessary (rebates, rates, quick pays, portals, etc.); work with sales and leadership teams to present agreements to customers

* Manage team of Regional Strategic Customer Managers servicing the space

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience plus 10+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 5 years of successful technical sales team leadership, directly within Restoration and Commercial market segments

* Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals

* Skilled in impactful virtual meetings and sales presentations

* Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving history

* Hold all appropriate Safety, Health and Environmental cards / approvals as required by Sunbelt and industrial customers. Have (at minimum) OSHA-10 card

* Up to 75% travel
