Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience. Be knowledgeable of GM areas to ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock and accurately signed and priced for guests. Acknowledge guests as you complete workload with minimal guest disruption; partner with leadership to prioritize daily workload based on business and guest needs.
