If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Sales Manager to join our team in Bentonville, AR. This position will be based in Bentonville, but will require occasional travel to our Lake Forest, IL corporate office for meetings.

Your Role:

As the Walmart.com Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering profitable online sales growth for this strategic customer. You will work closely with the RCP Walmart Sales, eCommerce Marketing, and Digital Content teams to drive digital penetration across the entire RCP portfolio on Walmart.com, deliver excellent content scores for each product line, and continuously optimize the digital shelf. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to drive incremental revenue and lead initiatives to increase online fulfillment options for RCP brands. You will have the opportunity:

  • Develop the sales forecast, optimal product assortment, and sales revenue targets for Walmart.com.
  • Develop growth plans for portfolio expansion across the different Walmart.com channels based on the RCP Business Units' strategies and priorities.
  • Lead effective collaboration with eCommerce Marketing, Digital Content, Supply Chain, Category Management, and other functions as needed to optimize growth.
  • Evaluate and analyze portfolio sales trends, marketing and trade promotion impacts, and competitive landscape to recommend strategic growth direction and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and manage the Walmart.com product database.
  • Ensure the integrity of the Product Detail Pages across the RCP portfolio, partnering with the Digital Content team on syndication of core content.
  • Develop and present the Walmart.com quarterly business reviews to the broader cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of customer-specific applications for managing eCommerce product data.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of related professional and progressive Sales experience in the CPG industry.
  • Ability to travel (10%).

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • In depth experience working with Amazon or in eCommerce Sales.
