About the Role

As an Architect at FindLaw, your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with project teams to conceptualize architectural designs, ensuring seamless integration with the system's broader architecture.
  • Developing detailed architectural documentation and visual representations to clearly communicate design concepts to all stakeholders.
  • Establishing trusted relationships with developers, partners, and stakeholders, aligning architectural vision with customer expectations to proactively meet their needs.
  • Advocating for architectural best practices within a DevOps culture through active participation in technical discussions and design reviews.
  • Translating complex architectural ideas into simplified terms for clear understanding across both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based solutions using AWS.
  • Innovating and adding customer value by leveraging emerging industry trends, particularly in Artificial Intelligence, to fulfill business requirements.
  • Hands-on development to explore innovative solutions, while also providing clear and actionable code examples to illustrate architectural ideas and facilitate understanding among development teams.
  • Applying expertise in Artificial Intelligence to design intelligent systems and services, utilizing machine learning and data analytics to drive architectural innovation.
  • Maintaining agility and adaptability to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI, digital marketing, and technology.
About You

Your qualifications for the role of Architect include:
  • A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in architectural design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology-driven environments.
  • Strong experience with data analytics practices and proficiency with the Snowflake data cloud platform.
  • 10+ years of software engineering concepts, and the ability to understand coding principles in languages such as Java, PHP and SQL.
  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud services such as AWS, understanding their application in digital solutions.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, specifically with generative models, prompt engineering, and deployment of AI systems.
  • Ability to optimize the technology environment for cost-efficiency, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing best practices in resource utilization and scalable architecture.
  • A commitment to ensuring the security of data practices, including the development and enforcement of robust data protection protocols, compliance with industry-standard security frameworks, and proactive management of data privacy risks.
  • An appreciation for modern web technologies and their role in supporting digital marketing solutions.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies
  • The ability to contribute to public-facing application projects, ensuring their success and wide-reaching impact.
