Job Details
A. Responsible for unloading rail cars and hopper trucks of resin into silos. B. Responsible for maintaining control of resin lot numbers - in mixing log, on surge bins,hoppers, silos, gaylords, barrels, and any container containing resin. C. Responsible for maintaining color lot numbers and making sure correct colors are used. D. Responsible for maintain a mixing log daily. E. Responsible for the mixing of material which includes: pushing barrels weighing up to 300# onto tumbler to mix material, dumping partial barrels into other barrels or gaylords,bending into gaylords or barrels to bucket out resin, color or regrind, lifting 50# bags ofresin to empty into barrel, mixing in portable blender and drain into gaylords. F. Responsible for calibrating blenders in the mixing room for correct material blends. G. Responsible for making sure machine hoppers are full of material. H.
