POSITION: Customer Care Specialist
Location: Edinboro

The Customer Care Specialist serves as the first point of contact and provides high quality customer service to internal and external members and customers.
Essential Functions:
Support functions of a multi-channel customer contact center to include answering incoming calls, managing and responding appropriately to all inquiries while problem solving, and providing solutions to customers via phone, email and in-person;
Provide high quality customer service in a customer friendly, efficient manner yielding overall customer satisfaction;
Maintain customer relationship management by entering information quickly and accurately;
Perform a variety of administrative services that may include typing, filing, making copies, office supply and mail distribution;
Provide support to other departments as needed such as processing membership renewals, back up to retail shop, and assist with and support the product program initiatives;
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing role;
Top notch communicator writes well and communicates in a clear and understandable manner;
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and willingness and ability to learn new systems;
Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus;
Ability to perform basic office skills to include record keeping, report preparation, filing, and records management;
Must possess a can-do mentality, be responsible, and be a lifelong learner;
Must be organized, detail orientated, and customer focused;
Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain confidentiality;
Ability and willingness to work and maintain a flexible schedule;
