Volt is immediately hiring an Electronic Test Technician in Florham Park, NJ.

As an Electronic Test Technician you will:
- Utilize test equipment to run testing of completed assemblies.
- Calibrate test instruments according to specifications.
- Read and interpret results such as voltage, frequency, distortion, inductance, and capacitance.
- Analyze defective units to determine the cause of failure.
- Replace defective wiring and components.
- Setup test equipment to evaluate performance and operation of nonstandard or customer returned units.
- Report any deviations, issues, concerns to supervisor in relation to design or rated specifications.
This is a
full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mechanically inclined
- Must be attentive to detail.
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
