Arbor & Elite Homes is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our team located in Louisville, KY. This position will assist the procurement initiatives of our Purchasing and Production Teams. We are seeking collaborative & analytical professionals who thrive on opportunities to assist and facilitate business solutions and metrics.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, portal training)
  • Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications
  • Support daily division operations and category management (request for information and change management)
  • Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents
  • Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies
  • Create price indexing as necessary
  • Generate and review purchasing data for month end reports (cost, variances, etc.)

  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Excellent process management and organization skills
  • Open communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in Residential Construction preferred
