Spherion is hiring for an Overnight Janitor for a Midland manufacturing company. This is a full-time position with hours from 10:00pm-6:00am Monday-Friday with very limited overtime (traditionally 40 hours/ week). The primary purpose of this role is for the overall cleaning maintenance of the site. The Janitor is responsible for keeping the facility clean, including manufacturing area, clean room, mold shop, shipping/receiving, warehouse, restrooms, the front offices and employee breakroom.. Cleaning includes but not limited to sweeping and vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, restocking, wipe down of machines and related work areas, breakroom cleaning, and mopping. This is a temp-hire opportunity once a reliable attendance record has been demonstrated as well as a positive work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and Restock breakroom and Kitchenette area with supplies
- Clean and Restock restrooms in production area and up front
- Vacuum, mop and use floor machine in manufacturing area
- Sweep and clean warehouse and mold shop
- Empty all trash and recycling bins throughout the building
- Clean, vacuum and dust offices throughout the building
- Keep Janitors closet and equipment clean and organized
- Clean Cleanroom as needed to cleanroom standards
- Clean manufacturing and mold shop equipment as assigned
- Clean around outside of building when needed
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous professional Janitorial or Custodial experience.
