Night Shift Production Lead

This is a FT Direct Hire position
Are you looking for leadership work with a growing manufacturing organization? Do you bring leadership experience in plastics extrusion manufacturing?
In this role you will:
Operate assigned machines and equipment
Lead hourly production staff and report to the Production Supervisor
Coach, mentor and train direct reports in the absence of the Supervisor
Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Provide basic machine troubleshooting skills
Be responsible for meeting productions goals and quality standards
Interested? Well qualified candidates will bring:
2+ years of experience leading manufacturing or production-oriented teams
Some college preferred, but not required
Previous experience in plastic extrusion
Ability to work a 2-2-3 shift, including weekends
