Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a pivotal role in managing data, performing analysis, developing visualizations and dashboards, and supporting both internal and external reporting requirements for Advancement operations. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes, enhance data interpretation, and support key organizational objectives.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in a quantitative field (finance, math, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related area).
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to translate data-driven insights into presentation-ready outputs.
- Certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) are a plus.
Job Duties:
- 80% - Data Systems and Analytics:
- Develop, administer, and manage data decision tools and web applications used in Advancement.
- Perform analytical and reporting tasks, including building and maintaining visualization reports, dashboards, and complex Excel models.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
- 20% - System Administration:
- Develop and support various web, data management, and visualization applications used in Advancement.
- Provide coding, administration, and content updates as required.
- Support data quality maintenance initiatives and act as the Data Steward for the Business Intelligence team.
- Develop and maintain reports using SQL, Tableau, and other relevant Business Intelligence tools.
