So, even if you feel that youre close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply.Overview:Develop industry knowledge and skills to support account teams in delivering exceptional service to Gallaghers clients.Responsibilities:Maintain and prioritize a task list on a regular basis as directedProvide support to local GBS office by completing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed and directedLearn and support the Client Service Cycle with oversight from experienced team members to ensure a seamless renewalprocess and retain the businessStudy and apply Gallaghers resources, available tools, established work products and knowledge to maximize efficiency andeffectiveness in client deliverables with oversight from experienced team membersEstablish positive relationships within the branchComplete all training necessary to become familiar with the GBS Professional Standards, including Peer ReviewAssist Client Service Manager with the preparation of RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and support the development ofclient presentationsLeverage team members to ensure timely delivery of requests for clients, vendors and internal partnersDevelop strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to effectively present in openenrollment meetings, participate on client calls and correspond via emailBe innovative and dont be satisfied with the status quo! Generate new and practical ideas, always look to improveMaintain up-to-date records in Document Management System (DMS)Comply with Gallaghers processes, BOSS standards and office initiatives.Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industryExemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way.Qualifications:Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.

Preferred: Life & Health License (or botained within the first 90 days of employment) Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.
