Accounting Specialist (Part Time)


Job Details

- Provide accounting and clerical support
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting docs and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- AR and AP
- Review and process payrolls and in the absence of the current payroll admin
- Process ADP payroll

Job Requirements

- Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Proven accounting experience
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Well organized
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction field
