Principal EMI/EMC/EMP Engineer

Secret Clearance required
Contract Rate: DOE
Experience with circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment and computer hardware & software; including applications and programming
Systems Engineering Experience and/or Certification
6+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
Relevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment
Principal skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers
Performs preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems
Identifies and resolves equipment malfunctions
Assembles, tests and maintains circuitry or electronic components according to instructions
Supports Electronics Engineer on various tasks
Education
Vocational/Technical Certificate OR
ssociate degree in Engineering + 15 years of experience
